Advantages of new building modules

The new building module is a new type of composite wall. The heat insulation layer is made of flame-retardant polystyrene foam, the concrete surface layer is poured in the core, and the plaster or radiant panel is formed.


Compared with the traditional brick and concrete building, the new building module has the advantages of good thermal insulation performance, high seismic grade, fire retardant, sound insulation and moisture-proof, convenient construction, saving the cost of artificial materials and so on. Because of its excellent structure and thermal insulation performance, it is widely used in Germany, the United States, Japan, Sweden, Northern Europe and other regions.


1. Good thermal insulation performance and energy saving


The new building module is made of hair - able polystyrene beads heated and foamed, which is formed once by the standardized production equipment of the factory, with better thermal insulation performance. After pouring reinforced concrete, the thermal conductivity of the whole composite wall is only 0.028w/ m.K, which reduces the thermal insulation energy consumption by 40%-60% compared with the traditional building mode. Greatly reduce the heating and cooling energy consumption.


2. Seamless installation, simple, fast and low labor cost


Creative card slot design, EPS template components, a variety of shapes and sizes, adapted to different wall shapes. Dovetail grooves are arranged on the inside and outside surfaces, which overlap seamlessly to avoid running slurry during concrete pouring and ensure concrete strength. At the same time speed up the construction schedule, reduce the project budget cost.


3. Strong structural integrity, can withstand 8 earthquake


New building module architecture subject compared with the traditional building materials can be light in weight by 40% to 50%, building their own weight and at the same time using cast-in-place reinforced concrete floor, connected to the wall through the reserve of reinforced concrete, the distribution network and, in line with the mechanics principle, whole metope high strength, resistance to external forces is stronger, seismic grade up to magnitude 8!


4. High fire rating


The new building module is made of b1-grade polystyrene with high flame retardation in production. After the composite expanded glass bubbles, the wall can achieve Grade A fire prevention, and will not shrink or fall off after burning for more than two hours.


5. Reduce the cost by 10%-20% compared with the traditional building mode


The traditional insulation layer becomes the cement pouring formwork, and the 25cm wall hollow 13cm is used to fill the cement and steel bar, which reduces the amount of cement and steel bar without reducing the load-bearing strength of the wall, thus reducing the material cost.


6. Longer service life of the building


Due to the stronger stability of EPS raw materials and the waterproof and moisture-proof characteristics of new building modules, EPS cannot be degraded in the natural environment, avoiding the problems of empty drum, cracking and falling off of brick and concrete structure, greatly improving the durability of the insulation layer of the outer wall of the building, and greatly increasing the service life of the building.
